1440 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your piece from Fourteen Forty. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re happy to help.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

Item must be unworn and unused

Item must be in original packaging

Item must be in resellable condition

If you’re returning an item for any reason other than a defect:

A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Return shipping label cost will also be deducted

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A photo or video of the issue

For approved defective items, we offer:

Free replacement
or

Full refund (including shipping)

We cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
